. I. Bookware                                                                  .

.    A. Most 0day sites only allow computer related bookware but for the sake  .
.       of clarity, bookware includes:                                         .
.          books, CBT, comics, magazines, Practice tests                       .

.    B. Computer related bookware includes:                                    .
.          computer based training (CBT), computer books, practice tests       .
.                                                                              .
.    C. Manual addons are NOT bookware and should be uploaded as a utility.    .

. II. Operating Systems                                                        .

.    A. BSD includes all of:                                                   .
.          BSDI, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD                                      .

.    B. Unix includes:                                                         .
.          AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, OS400, OSF, QNX, Solaris, Tru64                   .

.    C. Releases tagged as Novell or Netware are for the Novell Netware OS.    .
.       Netware is not windows or linux or unix.                               .

.    D. Some releases are tagged as MacOSX.PPC. This should not be confused    .
.       with PDA releases tagged as PPC. MacOSX releases are not PDA.          .

. III. Languages                                                               .

.    A. European languages that have been released include:                    .
.          Albanian, Azerbaijani, Bosniak, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, .

.          Icelandic, Italian, Latin, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian,       .
.          Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish,  .

.    B. Languages that have been released and are NOT European include:        .
.          Arabic, Brazilian, Chinese, Hebrew, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean,       .

.    C. Translation software should be accepted on a site that accepts any of  .
.       the translated languages.                                              .

. IV. Game Rips                                                                .
.                                                                              .
.    A. A gamerip is a game commercially released in stores which has been     .
.       ripped (cut down) to an acceptable size so that sites allow it. Small  .
.       games downloaded from web sites or small enough to fit within site     .
.       rules are not gamerips.                                                .
.                                                                              .
.    B. If a site does not allow gamerips then cheats, trainers and updates    .
.       for gamerips are not allowed. Cheats, trainers and updates for non-    .
.       ripped games are allowed.                                              .

. V. Cheating                                                                  .
.                                                                              .
.    A. Behaviors that are not allowed include:                                .
.          account sharing, auto putting, auto-refresh, intentional 0byting,   .
.          slow upping                                                         .
.                                                                              .
.    B. Behaviors that are allowed:                                            .
.          auto get                                                            .
.                                                                              .
.    C. A courier is considered caught autotrading if they move an obvious     .
.       fake pre and do not delete it or respond to queries within 10          .
.       minutes. They are also considered caught if they move three or more    .
.       fake releases in one minute.                                           .

.       1. A release is obviously fake if the majority of couriers agree. No   .
.          one should be punished for trading something that might be valid.   .
.                                                                              .
.    D. Any courier caught cheating shall be removed from any courier charts   .
.       and permanently deleted from any site controlled or influenced by the  .
.       undersigned.                                                           .

. VI. Dual Logins                                                              .

.    A. If a site allows dual logins, they can be used to dual upload but not  .
.       to dual download.                                                      .
